CARTER RAWLINGS

Carter is a Senior Associate at Lightbank. Prior to joining the firm in 2023, he was a Principal on the New Ventures team at Redesign Health, where he focused on incubation of new ideas and successfully launched three healthcare startups.

Carter holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Business Administration from the Viterbi School of Engineering at the University of Southern California. He serves on the junior advisory board for Mission44, a foundation that supports bold organizations, leaders and ideas to empower young people from underserved communities.
